There is a 600' water well that supplies water throughout the ranch and breeding facility.

The lodge is a totally refurbished 2,500 sf fully furnished rock house that sleeps ten comfortably with an outdoor living area that overlooks an improved pasture and feeding station. The main lodge also has a 60' outdoor grilling area and beverage center with an outdoor fireplace for entertaining. There is also a larger storage building that has been converted into a separate “bunk house”. Attached to the main lodge there is a storage room that is used to park ATVs and is stocked with absolutely everything you need to run the entire ranch. Adjacent to the main lodge there is a bow range and covered shooting range. In addition, there is a metal barn to store heavy equipment with a loft for organized storage. Adjacent to the barn is a game cleaning facility with a 6x6 walk-in cooler and powered winches to lift game.

Location : This ranch is located 5.5 miles east of downtown Brady on County Road 408.

Equipment : This ranch comes complete with absolutely everything you need. The equipment list includes a feed jet blower, New Holland Tractor, Mustang Skid Loader with six attachments, Kawasaki Mule (carries 6 hunters), 4 seat Rough n Ready Golf Cart, Polaris Prowler, Polaris 4-Wheeler and 2 man Electric Golf Cart. The tool shed is stocked with a variety of tools and other equipment. There are two 12,000 storage bins for protein or corn, six blinds with protein and corn feeding stations and eight game cameras with internet capability.

Breeding Facility : The whitetail breeding facility includes 67 deer with three superior breeder bucks (details and pedigrees available upon request). In addition to the breeder pens this facility also includes a working facility to handle and service the deer in the pens. The excellent genetics have been used to improve the quality of the whitetail herd in the pasture over the last six years resulting in world class genetics throughout the ranch.
