From the time he started working in construction and real estate development, over 18 years ago, he knew real estate was his passion. As co-founder and broker of BlackBrush Properties, LLC, he has been involved and responsible for the exponential growth and development of this start-up real estate company. Steve is a native Texan that has been involved with hunting and ranching in South Texas his entire life. He has worked in the Real Estate and Real Estate Finance field for over 14 years and has a diverse knowledge of the Texas Real Estate market. Steve is a Baylor University graduate with a degree in Real Estate and Management. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Wildlife Association, is a Partner in Los Cazadores in Pearsall, Texas, Silverhorn Outdoors in San Antonio, Texas and is co-owner in Casa Blanca Whitetails. Steve’s experience and concentration on customer service make him a valuable asset to his clients.

Damon has been involved in the ranching industry for over 19 years and has an extensive and diverse background and education that is valuable to his clients in the purchase or sale of ranch land. He was raised in West Texas where he learned the culture, values and awesome traditions of the Texas ranching industry. Damon graduated with a degree in Economics from Baylor University and is a graduate of the famed Texas Christian University Ranch Management Program.

Damon has managed his own ranch, ranches for clients, consulted with clients on ranch management across the state of Texas, started and operated several businesses in the cattle industry and has eight years experience in the wildlife industry with an in depth knowledge of the deer industry.

His education, experience, ranch and real estate industry knowledge make Damon a valuable partner for BlackBrush Properties and will positively benefit our clients.
